Below you’ll find samples of what we do – listen to the audio files and experience the discussions questions for users and managers.
We have samples on the following channels: Leadership | Gatehouse GeoPolitical Update | TIDES of change
Leadership
– by Keith Coats
This particular strategic input focusses on Leadership. It’s an audio input that’s 6:30 minutes long. Along with each input CommsInMotion supplies 2 lists of questions. Both are similar, but aimed at different audiences:
- The first list is for the listener. It gives them an opportunity, through the questions, to reflect and integrate the information into their immediate world.
- The second list is for a team of people in a management / coaching context. We encourage these types of users to get people in their team to listen to the strategic input and then make time (over coffee) to meet with them to discuss what they listened to. This allows the manager / coach to ensure the input has been listened to, but also creates meaningful conversation around the input with their colleague.
