Your monthly subscription buys you ten “units”. Each audio unit is between 15 and 30 minutes in length, and is accompanied by a discussion guide with a few questions that help the listener to dig deeper into what they have heard. There is also a discussion guide for managers, who can use the questions to provoke team discussions and application of the content.
You are able to customise your subscription by selecting which ten units you wish to receive each month. Our content is packaged into themed “channels”, each one curated by a world expert and edited by one of our senior IP developers to ensure content and applicability. Each channel provides four audio units each month, and you can select 1, 2, 3 or all 4 units from a channel. This allows you to “mix and match” your monthly subscription to meet your team’s developmental requirements.
Our current channel selection is listed below, with a few samples of the type of content on offer. We are also able to source specific channels to meet your specific requirements, so please do request anything of interest that isn’t listed below.

How this is delivered?
- CommsInMotion delivers the audio / video input to the end user. This is normally via iTunes to the user’s laptop or iPod (there are numerous other devices).
- An e-mail is sent to the user to alert them to the new audio / video file.
- That e-mail contains a link (always the same link) for the user to access the questions online.
