We will work with you to identify what kind of information would be valuable, beneficial, informative and inspiring for your team. We will go and find it, and package it in an audio or video format that is easy for your team to access. We’ll make sure you get just the right information, and only as much as you can use properly. We’ll make it available via an iTunes channel that specifically set up for you. Your team just plugs their MP3 players in, downloads the files and listens when and where they can. We provide discussion starting questions with each audio file to make sure you get the most value possible from each podcast. And we constantly adjust and adapt the content to meet your ongoing business and team information needs.

If the internet is a fire-hydrant of information, CommsInMotion reduces the over-whelming flow of information into easy-to-digest and focussed streams of relevant information towards a specific message to the end user. We work with you to choose specific themes and then ensure your community receives inputs in an audio / video format using technologies they already understand and use. So no new platforms to learn. This increases engagement and ultimately leads to superior returns.

We also provide support by way of a few questions (text) around the content that can be used to engage their teams in a business context. This aids coaching, mentoring, and general face-to-face contact.

Create Content
Where very specific audio / video content is required, CommsInMotion assists our clients to create specifically tailored content, either from people inside of your organisation, or with experts in your industry that have been selected.

Delivery
And thirdly we assist out clients to deliver the content. We’re convinced that one of the biggest obstacles to learning through the internet is that new platforms (to the end-user) are often used. This means not only having to learn a new system, but also having integrate a further platform into their already messy and full online world. We believe that the best returns on information are realised when existing technologies and platforms are used, allowing the user to simply ‘plug and play’, avoiding the stress and anxiety of mastering a new platform in order to engage with the content.

Our primary means of delivery, and the most successful, has been through mobile media players (iPad, MP3 players, Phones, etc). Simply because most people know how to use them already. There is help in their eco-system from friends, colleagues and family, who do use them. They’re main stream.
