There is no doubt that in order to not only reach (be accessible), but to ensure engagement, the more channels you communicate through, the greater the engagement. In a world of an exhausting possibility of channels, the more channels you are able to effectively communicate through, the better your ʻtake upʼ. This allows people to engage when they want to, and how they want to.
